MINI Countryman Cooper SD ALL4

Adventure. That's what the MINI Countryman embodies in its rugged structure. Let me be the first to admit I had some awful presumptions about the Mini countryman - big and clumsy. I imagined it would handle as well as a paper boat in choppy waters! How surprised was I when I used (and abused) the name Countryman, and took it to the country roads... The Countryman Cooper SD ALL4 is typically mini, albeit higher and bolder than the other models in the range, with the addition of roof rails as standard. The design traits are still that of the iconic Mini. Round headlights, contrast roof and it is available in a wide range of colours. Personalisation lies at the heart of MINI. The car I had for the weekend has the Chili pack on it, which means it reaps the benefits of LED lights and 18...

Mercedes-Benz GLA

Us humans love to find fault in everything. It's just how we are. But I guarantee you, you will NOT find an angle from which the Mercedes-Benz GLA doesn't look athletic. Every section of this compact SUV has been carefully designed and it shows in the dynamic edges found on every panel, making it look a lot like a sports coupĂ©. Is Mercedes-Benz GLA a SUV? Most GLA's do come with 4 wheel drive as standard and more height than ...

Land Rover Range Rover Evoque Coupe

Before its launch in 2011, the idea of a compact and affordable small SUV by Land Rover was laughable. Boy have they shown us with the Land Rover Range Rover Evoque. Despite being the smallest SUV in the range, it certainly sizes up well when compared to other Land Rover Range Rover models. It has a ground clearance of 215mm and can wade through water as deep as 500mm - so yes, it's small and stylish, but it's more than capable of handling many off-road terrains as well as street driving. I guess though you're not here to see how the Evoque handles mountains or lakes so let's talk daily driving. The Range Rover Evoque is capable of stopping anyone in their tracks. With a unique beefy yet provoking build, it certainly attracts many eyes as you cruise through the town centre. Mos...
